If you are looking for a permanent nanny but do not have the time or resources to find one, then we can help.
Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time hours we will recruit potential candidates based on your specific requirements. Our service includes all advertising, interviewing, reference checking (minimum of 2 recent childcare references) and police checking (CRB).
We will start the selection process with a detailed meeting where you can brief us with your specific requirements, whether it be particular language skills or experience with newborns we will gather as much information as we can before we begin our search. This meeting is an important part of the recruitment process as it also enables us to get to know you on a personal level which helps us to identify the best candidates to suit you.
The next step will be to review our current candidate list and access our broad network of childcarers on the Costa Del Sol to begin to identify potential candidates for interview. We may also place specific advertisements on various websites and social media to enable us to gather as many potential candidates as possible.
Our rigorous interview process enables us to narrow down candidates based on their suitability to the brief and also their specific skills and experience. We also place a high importance on finding a nanny with the right personality to fit with the family.
Following an initial interview we will check references and CRB checks to ensure the experience can be confirmed. We will then provide a shortlist of candidates for 2nd interview.
We will provide support throughout the contract and salary negotiation stage.
Our fees for this service are 20% of the nanny's salary or €250 whichever is greater.
